Returns
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted, opened or unopened, subject to mandatory rights. Damaged, wrong, defective or misdescribed items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Report damage preferably within 48 hours; this does not limit legal rights. Contact King Rox for help with delivery problems.

Is this a brand-issued sample?
No. The available decant sizes (3 mL / 5 mL / 10 mL) contain genuine Rasasi Citrus Study (Sample), independently decanted by King Rox. King Rox is not connected with Rasasi.
Will I receive the original perfume bottle?
Not with a decant. A decant is a King Rox glass atomizer in an ivory King Rox box; the original bottle is pictured only to identify the fragrance. Choose Original Bottle to receive the sealed bottle in its brand packaging.
What changes when I choose Original Bottle?
The product, price, image and packaging change together: you receive the manufacturer’s sealed bottle in its original brand packaging, sold by King Rox as an independent retailer. No King Rox decant packaging is included.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. Add a gift note before adding to your bag and it is packed with your order.
