About these terms
These terms explain how purchases from King Rox work, alongside the product details shown when you order and our Shipping & Returns policy. Please read them before confirming a purchase and keep your order email for reference.

Know what you are choosing
Choose the fragrance, format, size and quantity shown on the product page. One order can contain different fragrances, brands and formats; each item is listed separately in your order summary.

A source-brand bottle shown beside a decant identifies the fragrance. It is not included with a decant purchase. A King Rox decant is not an official product or sample of the source brand.
Placing an order
Before confirming, check every item and quantity, your email and delivery address, the final amount and the delivery information. You can make corrections before submitting the order.
We email your order status and tell you if there is a problem supplying an item. If an item becomes unavailable or a price error is identified, we will explain the available options. We will not substitute a fragrance or increase the amount charged without your agreement. Any refund due for an affected paid item follows your applicable rights and our Shipping & Returns policy.

Prices, charges and payment
Prices show their currency. For UAE purchases, displayed prices include VAT where applicable, with tax information in the order breakdown. Item charges, applied discounts, shipping and any other applicable fees are shown before you confirm. VAT already included in a price is shown in the breakdown without being charged again.
Use a payment method you are authorized to use from the methods actually offered at checkout. Cash-on-delivery availability depends on the destination shown in Ship to and the final checkout options. Payment checks and any temporary authorization depend on the selected payment service.
Offers or discount codes apply according to the conditions displayed with them. The final order summary shows the discount actually applied. Later changes to catalogue prices or promotions do not rewrite an existing order’s recorded charges.
Pay through the checkout payment service. Never send a full card number, security code, password or reset link in an email or support message.
Delivery and tracking
Ship to shows delivery availability, fees, estimated timing, any free-delivery threshold and cash-on-delivery options for your destination. You can change the suggested location. Review the details again at checkout for your final address and order.
Orders ship from Al Ain to all seven UAE emirates. International orders are limited to enabled destinations and a courier service approved to carry perfume. Until that service is ready, orders are UAE-only.
We send order, dispatch, delivery and refund updates by email. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an order has more than one parcel, each shipment shows its own items and available tracking. Contact King Rox if delivery goes wrong; courier compensation does not limit any remedy we owe under applicable law.
For enabled international orders, the buyer pays destination import duties, taxes and local fees disclosed as excluded from the order price. The Shipping & Returns policy explains customs information, delivery help and the treatment of refused or returned parcels.
Changes, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. The current cancellation arrangements are in Shipping & Returns. A discretionary change may not be possible once preparation has begun; this does not remove rights arising from a defect, non-delivery or another failure to fulfil the order.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for opened or unopened products, except where applicable law requires otherwise. King Rox decants are filled to order. This does not limit your rights for damaged, incorrect, defective or misdescribed goods.

Only one item in a mixed order has a problem? Tell us which item and how many units are affected so we can assess that part of the order.
Your account and website use
You can shop as a guest or use an account. Keep your contact and delivery information accurate, protect your sign-in details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Order information is available only through the appropriate account or verified guest-access route.
Use the website lawfully. Do not use it for fraud, attempt to access someone else’s account or interfere with the service. Updating your profile or saved address does not automatically change an order already placed; contact us about an order change.
Brand names, content and privacy
King Rox is an independent business. Third-party brand names, fragrance names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the fragrance or original product. Their appearance does not imply an affiliation or endorsement.
Use product information to explore fragrances and manage your purchases. Do not copy King Rox branding or website content for misleading commercial use. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information; the Cookie Notice explains the website technologies and choices actually in use.
Optional fragrance news and offers have a separate marketing choice. Reading or accepting these terms, creating an account or placing an order does not by itself give marketing permission. Necessary service emails remain separate.
Your rights and resolving problems
If something is wrong, contact hello@kingrox.ae with enough information for us to understand the issue. We aim to resolve problems fairly through customer support. You remain free to use any complaint or legal remedy available under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Delivery help, product remedies and any refund due are assessed under the applicable law and the policy provided with your order.
Updates and keeping a record
When these terms change, the new version will show its effective date. Changes apply to future orders; later wording does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Keep the terms and order information provided when you buy.
